Join us Friday, May 14, 2010, 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. for this exclusive event.

Executive Chef, Dustin Joseph, will prepare the following menu paired with Chandler Reach award-winning wine:

~1st course~
Pan roasted sea scallop with wild mushroom ragout,
Pecorino Romano wedge, rosemary Beurre blanc and sweet lemon caviar
2009 Viognier

~2nd course~
St. Helens beef tenderloin Carpaccio with frisee and spinach salad,
Pecorino Romano crisps and 20 year old balsamic vinegar
2006 Monte Regalo (Cabernet, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc)

~3rd course~
Sundried tomato braised Kobe short ribs with oregano infused creamy polenta,
crisp eggplant and sauce bordelaise
2004 Parris Estate Reserve Sangiovese

~4th course~
Bourbon vanilla bean poached peach with strawberry-basil sorbet and chili roasted peanuts
2007 Monte Dolce (Sangiovese Rose)
