Congratulations on your engagement! Chandler Reach Winery is the perfect location to celebrate the beginning of a wonderful marriage. Our Tuscan Villa sits atop Chandler Bluff overlooking 42 acres of vineyards. Whether you are looking for a ceremony or reception site, or both, we know that you will find Chandler Reach Winery to be the ideal setting!

 

Hospitality Room (includes Tasting Room and Patio)

  • 6:30pm – 11:00pm*
  • $3000 ~ Ceremony only $1500
  • November-March
  • 75-guest maximum 5:00pm – 10:00pm*
  • $1500 ~ Ceremony Only – $750

*Additional hours for your event may be pre-purchased based on availability at the rate of $100.00 per hour.

The facility fee for your event at Chandler Reach Winery includes:

  • Round banquet tables and chairs
  • Carafes of water on each table

General Information and Policies

Consultation and Rehearsal

If your ceremony is taking place on site, a rehearsal will be held at Chandler Reach Vineyards. One hour is allotted and is scheduled subject to availability.

Catering

All food and beverages consumed on the premises must be purchased through Chandler Reach Winery and/or its preferred caterers.

Beverages

Wines should be selected from the current Chandler Reach wine list within one month of the event to ensure availability of selected wines. Retail wine prices are offered with a special 20% discount. (No other discounts apply to wine purchases). Wine is sold by the case or bottle and will be uncorked during the event as needed. The client may take any unopened wine with them. Soft drinks and bottled water must be pre-purchased through Chandler Reach Winery. Please see current list for available selections and pricing.

Set-up

Chandler Reach Winery staff or approved caterers will set up all tables and chairs to your specifications.  Access will be granted to the winery approximately one hour prior to the event start time for decoration and room set up.  Additional time may be arranged with winery management.  Vendor setup should be coordinated with winery management to ensure deliveries are scheduled in a timely manner.

Clean-up

Chandler Reach Winery staff will assist with general clean up.  Any decorations or property belonging to the client should be removed at the conclusion of the event.  Chandler Reach Winery cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Decorations

All flowers and other decorations will be kept in the elegant theme and good taste of the winery’s architecture and décor. The use of nails, tacks, pushpins, tape or glue is not permitted to attach décor to any structures. All candles must be housed in metal or glass containers. Ladders or other supplies needed to decorate are the responsibility of the client and/or vendor.

Rental Items & Audio Visual

Tables and chairs should be rented through preferred caterer of choice.  Chandler Reach Winery has limited supply.  Please inquire for specific group needs.  All audio visual should be provided by the client or caterer.  If assistance is needed, Chandler Reach Winery will be happy to do so.
