About the Chandler Reach Vineyards Wine Club
Will I receive red or white wine in my club allotment?
Your wine club allotment will include an assortment of Chandler Reach Signature and Parris Estate Reserve red wines. We are an estate winery; producing wines from red varietals grown on our 42 acre vineyard. White wines are produced in a limited capacity and therefore will not be included in wine club selections.
Can I select the wines for my allotment?
Wine club allotments are personally selected by our winemaker. Each allotment features several new releases that our winemaker has decided are a "must have" for any club member. You may modify your order; substituting other wines in the selection for those of your choice.
How often will I receive my wine club allotment?
Wine club allotments are released each Spring and Fall. Typically at the end of March and the end of September.
When will my credit card be charged?
You will be notified of an upcoming Wine Club Release approximately 30 days in advance. Subsequent notifications will follow with date that the order will be available for modification, as well as the date your order will be processed. Your card will be charged once the order has processed.
How do I modify my wine club allotment?
Your wine club allotment may be modified by accessing the current club release through your online account.

Can I put my membership on hold?
Yes! If you need to take a pause from your wine club membership we can place your account on hold for up to one year.
There is no fee for membership. Club members receive an automatic shipment of 6 or 12 bottles of wine two times per year.
Your membership will continue until we hear from you in writing or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may cancel at anytime after taking two shipments. Cancellations or changes to club shipments must be received in writing or via email at least 30 days prior to shipment date. For any questions please contact email@example.com
